• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Keep valuables with you.
• Please supervise your children; customers are responsible for any damages caused.
• Walk-ins are first-come, first-served. Last walk-in is 30 minutes before closing.
• Appointments have a 10-minute grace period; late arrivals become walk-ins.
• No pets (service animals only).
• No smoking.
• Extra fee applies when choosing more than 3 colors.
• Spa chair weight limit: 250 lbs.
• No refunds on services. Concerns must be reported during the service, before payment, or within 48 hours.
• Color/design matches cannot be guaranteed due to sample fading and photo adjustments. Please discuss with your technician first.
• Change of mind: $10–$15 removal fee for unwanted sets, designs, or polish.
• Regular polish is not guaranteed; chips can be touched up within 24 hours.
• Warranty becomes void if:
• Another salon performs work on the nails.
• Harsh chemicals are used without gloves.
• Nails are bitten or intentionally damaged.
• Non-recommended home products are used.
• Care instructions or medical advice are not followed.
• Products are misused.
• Nail extensions wear naturally; water and cleaning chemicals increase lifting.
• Refills recommended every 2–3 weeks.
• Avoid going over 3 weeks to prevent lifting and fungal risks.
• No checks or American Express.
• Payments under $10 include a $1 fee.
• Gift cards expire 6 months after purchase and are non-refundable.
• Gift cards or vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or unused balance.
