Growing up in Saigon, Vietnam, I always dreamed of owning a cosmetic business. However, the financial demands and competition in a bustling city like Saigon made it seem unattainable. After immigrating to the U.S., it took me 20 years of hard work, saving, and raising four children to make my dream a reality.

During my time in the U.S., I enjoyed going to nail spas with friends. However, I noticed that something was often missing, something that could greatly enhance customer satisfaction. I realized that the services offered and the way they were provided played a crucial role.

When I took over Modern Nail Bar, my goal was to create a welcoming and satisfying experience for our customers. I didn’t want to be just another ordinary nail salon. Instead, I aimed to go above and beyond, building lasting relationships with our clientele. In the service industry, customer relations are vital. Without a foundation of satisfied and loyal customers, our business would never thrive in the long term.
